Hello and a warm welcome to the website of "Gina's Ferienhaus" near the North Sea coast. The house has been furnished by me so that you feel at home from the very first minute. The generously designed vacation home is ideal for a vacation with a small or large family (max. 6 people) but also as a time together as a couple far away from mass tourism. The directly adjacent vacation apartment for 2 people with a separate entrance also makes it possible to spend your vacation together with grandparents, other relatives or friends. You can expect a beautiful and newly renovated vacation home in a quiet and beautiful cul-de-sac location. The south-facing terrace and the large garden also invite you to relax, unwind and barbecue. Many leisure activities and attractions round off the vacation offer, so that a successful vacation near the North Sea coast is guaranteed. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. For our younger guests there are 2 children's playgrounds within walking distance. Please note the following: As this is a vacation home suitable for allergy sufferers, pets and smoking are not permitted in the house. Smoking outside is possible at any time, ashtrays are available. Parties of any kind are prohibited. A deposit is not charged, but guests are required to have private liability insurance to cover any damage to the property during their stay.

Located in Nenndorf, Gina's Lüttje FeWo with separate entrance offers you everything you need for a relaxing and restful holiday. The accommodation has been furnished by the host so that you feel at home from the very beginning. The two-storey holiday apartment consists of a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom, and accommodates 2 people. The upper floor is accessible via a spiral staircase. Amenities include a flat-screen TV with internet access via a Fire TV stick. The TV is suitable for streaming services such as Netflix, Sky, and YouTube. The property is close to the Tannenhäuser bathing lake with a beach bar and wakeboard facility, which you can use free of charge. The nature reserve "Ewiges Meer," Germany's largest raised bog lake, is also not far away. Enjoy the comfort of a barbecue to prepare delicious meals on the terrace or in the garden during your stay. A free parking space is available directly on the property. The accommodation provides guidelines for correct waste separation and features light and water-saving functions as well as a convenient self-check-in system via key safe. Bringing pets and smoking inside the apartment are not permitted. Smoking is allowed outside using the provided ashtrays. Events of any kind are not allowed. Security cameras are installed outside (garage and house entrances), which are deactivated during your stay.
